The Introduction Of Our Tool
Descrition:	ProGeo-neo is an online proteogenomics pipeline for neoantigen prediction and selection, which presents a bioinformatic workflow for mining tumor specific antigens on the basis of next-generation sequencing of DNA and mRNA. In this workflow, NetMHCpan (v.4.0) would be first used to predict MHC- I binding peptides that contain mutated amino acid, then these mutated peptides further to be verify through searching against customized protein database using MaxQuant with MS proteomics data, and eventually the rest peptides would be checked the potential of T-cell-recognition by additional screening methods.
